People always sit at home, attached to their phones and mindlessly scrolling through their Facebook feeds, or sending unimportant Snapchats with the puppy filter on their faces. But, there is an interesting website that will cure any feelings of boredom. It is MapCrunch, a site similar to the street view feature on Google Earth.
How MapCrunch works is simple. You go to their website, and it will give you a “View Of
The Day” when you first get there, which usually features beautiful country-side scenery, or a somewhat funny picture of someone going through their day. Once you click ‘Go’, MapCrunch will drop you in a random part of the world. The possibilities of where you can travel are endless.
MapCrunch will not just take you to the United States or its bordering neighbors. It will take you to the Middle East, Asia, and even Antarctica. You can even end up on a boat off the coast of Greenland. You can also search for a place you want to see by typing in the name of the city or address of wherever that place may be.
If you have a fear of flying or you get carsick easily, MapCrunch may easily be your go-to destination for the world around you. It will show you everything you could possibly see right under your fingertips. To check it out, visit mapcrunch.com
