The Lady Panthers defeated Mercer 45-38 this past Saturday to advance in the District 10 2A playoffs. Tonight they face West Middlesex in the semifinal game.
Junior Mollie Przybrowski scored a game-high 20 points during the Mercer game to surpass her previous high score of 17 points.
“I feel pretty good about my last game,” Przybrowski said. “As a team, we did well. I think we all worked hard, and we were all excited.”
West Middlesex is the number one seed in the district with a record of 12-4. Przybrowski knows that a challenging game lies ahead, but she is optimistic about the team’s chances.
“We played them last year as number one seed, so I feel we’re more ready for it than ever, especially with this season,” she said.
The game will be played at West Middlesex and streamed on its YouTube channel at wmasd media. The link will also be posted @PantherPressSHS.
