Are you available at 6:00 p.m. on the 15th? Ok… how about 6:30? Really? Okay, fine… 7:00, but that’s your last chance to attend the Victory Family Church-hosted movie at the Movies at Meadville.
This December, the Victory Family Church is inviting you to enjoy a showing of The Grinch (2018). Whether you’re a parent with kids or a kid yourself, this event is for everyone, great and small. This event is completely free and even comes with complimentary popcorn and drinks. When walking through the doors, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the staff of the church, along with costumed characters. If you have kids or if you don’t, you’ll be able to get pictures with characters such as Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus, Cindy Lou Who, other Whos, Max, and of course, the Grinch himself. If pictures aren’t your thing, that’s okay; it’s completely up to you.
There are going to be three showings of The Grinch, with the first at 6:00 pm, the second at 6:30, and the final at 7:00. If you’re looking to go, I would RSVP ASAP! Although you don’t need to RSVP to attend, it’s highly encouraged, especially since the first showing is already full! You can RSVP on the Victory Family Church’s website: lifeatvictory.com, and after you do, feel free to come to the Movies at 11155 Highline Drive in Meadville up to 30 minutes early, especially if you’re looking to get pictures with the characters.
Seating is first-come, first-served, which is just another reason to RSVP so you can save however many seats you’ll need. If you’re trying to figure out which showtime to attend, keep in mind that The Grinch is roughly an hour and a half long. So, with that on top of the thirty minutes before the movie to socialize and get pictures, the event will run about two hours each show. I can’t wait to see you there. Let’s make it so there’s not an empty chair, and see who all we’ll see there!
